Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g butter
  • 100 g sugar, more if needed
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 100 g flour
  • 250 g oat flakes
  • e.g. cinnamon
  • e.g. raisins, chopped nuts or chocolate chips (as variations)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

The only way to make it faster is to buy cookies. Makes about 40 cookies.

Let the butter soften at room temperature and then mix with the sugar. Stir in the vanilla sugar and egg. Combine the flour, baking powder, oats, and cinnamon, then stir in. If you like, you can add chopped nuts, raisins, or chocolate chips. My favorite: chopped cashews and raisins. Drop portions of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Caution: The cookies will rise slightly! Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 12 minutes.
