Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 250 g sugar
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 280 g margarine
  • 6 tbsp red wine
  • 350 g jam (strawberry), for the filling
  • 150 g chocolate glaze
  • 150 g hazelnuts, ground

Instructions

Working time approx. 40 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours 50 minutes

Makes about 100 cookies. Sift the flour mixed with the baking powder onto a work surface. Add the sugar, egg, cocoa, cinnamon, margarine, and red wine to form a dough. Chill. Cut out round cookies and bake at 180°C for about 10 minutes. Spread the cooled cookies with jam and sandwich them together with a second cookie. Brush the edges of the cookies with melted chocolate icing and roll in the ground nuts.
