Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 apples, peel of which
  • 1 pinch(s) cinnamon powder
  • 1 pinch of clove powder
  • 1 pinch(s) coriander powder
  • 1 pinch(s) fennel seeds, ground
  • 1 pinch(s) of anise powder
  • 1 liter of water
  • n. B. Juice of your choice
  • n. B. Honey

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

a refreshing drink

Combine all ingredients except the juice and the tea leaves in a pot and boil for 10 minutes, then strain. Sweeten with a little honey. The tea can be enjoyed hot or cold. You can add more juice if desired.
