Hot chocolate

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 ml milk
  • 25 g chocolate, whole milk, approx.
  • 2 tsp sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 2 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 7 minutes

with real chocolate

Chop the chocolate (tip: block chocolate or fondue chocolate tastes best), gather all the ingredients, and a large mug. Warm the milk, but don’t boil it, as it won’t froth well otherwise (milk from a carton works best). Pour the chopped chocolate into the mug. Once the milk is hot, you can froth it if you like. Then pour the milk into the mug and add the froth as a topping. Stir briefly and serve.
