Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 80 g honey
- 3 tbsp cream
- ½ orange(s), (zest of an untreated one)
- 1 tsp, smothered cinnamon
- 200 g almonds, slivered, lightly roasted
- 100 g cake icing, cocoa
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest period approx. 2 days; Total time approx. 2 days 30 minutes
without baking
Gently heat the honey and cream. Mix in the remaining ingredients thoroughly. Use two teaspoons to place small mounds on baking paper. Let the almond mixture dry at room temperature for up to two days. Melt the cake glaze in a double boiler and dip the bottom of the almond mounds in it. Place on greaseproof paper.
