Ingredients for 30 servings:
- 2 eggs, of which the egg white
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 200 g sugar
- 200 g almonds, chopped and roasted
- 30 hazelnuts
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Beat the egg whites until stiff, gradually adding the sugar and vanilla sugar. Fold in the roasted and chopped nuts. Scoop out small heaps of the mixture and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Top each kiss with a nut for decoration. Bake in the oven at 150°C (300°F) for about 25-30 minutes.
