Juicy Blueberry Muffins

- 250 g Flour
- 150 g Sugar
- 75 ml Milk
- 75 ml Cream
- 100 ml Sunflower oil
- 2 Eggs
- 2 tsp Baking powder
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 150 g Blueberries fresh
- 1 pinch Salt
- First, all dry ingredients are mixed together, preferably using a wooden spoon
- Then add eggs, oil, cream and milk and stir until everything is well mixed, not too much, otherwise the dough will be extremely sticky.
- Then fold in the blueberries and prepare the muffin tray with paper baking molds.
- Fill in a little less batter than the bowls are high, then bake at 180 degrees for 18 minutes (if the muffins are not brown in your oven, a little longer) Bon appetit !!!
