Ingredients
 

  • 240 g Flour
  • 125 ml Low fat milk
  • 100 g Margarine semi-fat
  • 6 tbsp Sugar
  • 4 tbsp Blueberries
  • 3 Eggs
  • 2 tsp Cinnamon or lemon zest
  • 1 packet Baking powder
  • 1 tbsp Cocoa
  • 1 packet Vanilla flavor

Instructions
 

  • Beat eggs, sugar and margarine until frothy. Mix the flour and baking powder, add and stir into a smooth batter. Gradually stir in the milk.
  • Halve the dough. Mix one half with cocoa powder and carefully fold in the blueberries. Mix the other half with the cinnamon
  • Pour 1 tablespoon of dough into each muffin paper case and bake in the oven at 200 degrees (gas: 3, convection: 180 degrees) for about 20 minutes.
