Juicy Blueberry Muffins

The perfect juicy blueberry muffins recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Flour
  • 150 g Sugar
  • 75 ml Milk
  • 75 ml Cream
  • 100 ml Sunflower oil
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 150 g Blueberries fresh
  • 1 pinch Salt
  1. First, all dry ingredients are mixed together, preferably using a wooden spoon
  2. Then add eggs, oil, cream and milk and stir until everything is well mixed, not too much, otherwise the dough will be extremely sticky.
  3. Then fold in the blueberries and prepare the muffin tray with paper baking molds.
  4. Fill in a little less batter than the bowls are high, then bake at 180 degrees for 18 minutes (if the muffins are not brown in your oven, a little longer) Bon appetit !!!
