Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g margarine or butter
  • 250 g sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 250 g flour
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • 2 apples

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Family recipe – everyone has been enthusiastic about it so far

Cream together the soft margarine, sugar, and eggs. Combine the flour and baking powder and sift them over the cream. Mix everything thoroughly. Peel and dice the apples, and mix them into the batter. Pour into a pie plate and bake at 175°C for about 1 hour.
