Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 125 g vegetable margarine
- 600 ml applesauce
- 200 g flour
- 2 packets of vanilla pudding powder
- 100 g sugar
- 50 ml Amaretto
- 6 drops of bitter almond flavor
- 1 tsp baking powder
- n. B. cinnamon sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
mixed together in 5 minutes – Vegan
Heat the margarine until liquid. Combine all ingredients (except the cinnamon sugar for the crust) in a bowl and whisk until smooth. Pour into a prepared springform pan (I use a silicone pan). Place in a preheated oven at 170°C (340°F). After 20 minutes, sprinkle the cinnamon sugar on top and bake for another 20 minutes. Tastes best warm or cold from the fridge. The consistency is like a firm pudding or flan.
