Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 5 eggs
- 200 g sour cream
- 200 ml vegetable oil
- 200 g sugar
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 200 g flour
- 4 apples
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 pack of pudding powder (strawberry), for cooking
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 250 ml milk
- whipped cream
- powdered sugar
- Fat for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Mix eggs, sour cream, vegetable oil, sugar, baking powder, and flour into a smooth batter. Pour half of the batter into a greased baking pan and bake in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius for about 20-30 minutes. For the filling, peel, quarter, core, and slice the apples, and mix with the sugar and vanilla sugar. Sauté in a saucepan with a little water until soft. Place the apples on the baked half of the batter and pour the remaining batter on top. Return to the oven for 20-30 minutes. Dust the finished cake with powdered sugar, spread with whipped cream, or top with strawberry pudding, if desired. Prepare the strawberry pudding according to the instructions, but use only 250 ml of milk, let it cool slightly, and spread it on the cake.
