Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g butter or margarine
- 250 g sugar
- 5 eggs, separated
- 180 g hazelnuts or almonds, ground
- ½ lemon(s), the grated peel and the juice
- 2 bars of chocolate (block chocolate), crumbled
- 125 g flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
- Fat for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Cream the butter or margarine and sugar until fluffy. Combine the egg yolks, grated lemon zest, lemon juice, hazelnuts, the chocolate (not too finely crumbled), the flour mixed with the baking powder, and the cinnamon. Fold in the beaten egg whites. Pour the batter into a greased Bundt cake pan. Bake for approximately 1 hour at 170°C in an unheated oven.
