Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g butter
  • 120 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • 250 g flour
  • 50 g cocoa
  • 125 ml milk
  • 70 g white chocolate
  • 70 g milk chocolate
  • 70 g dark chocolate

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Preheat the oven to 180°C fan/convection oven. Melt the butter (e.g., in a microwave), then beat with the sugar and vanilla sugar until fluffy. Then add the eggs. Add the flour, baking powder, and cocoa powder and mix. Add the milk and mix everything together. Chop the chocolate into small pieces and stir in with a spoon to prevent the pieces from breaking. Pour the batter into muffin cups and bake for 15 minutes. I made 15 muffins. If desired, you can top the muffins with jam, powdered sugar, or other toppings after baking.
