Whisky – Plum – Liqueur

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 kg plum(s)
  • 2 bottles of whisky (at least 38% vol.)
  • 150 g sugar
  • some water

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Pit the plums, place them in a large container, and pour over the whiskey. Seal the container and let it steep for about four weeks. Then strain the plums through a sieve and squeeze the fruit a little more. Bring 150g of sugar and a little water to a boil and mix with the liqueur. Pour into prepared bottles and let stand in a cool, dark place for a few weeks until ready to serve.
