Recipe for the house pieces: Heat and melt 400g honey and 200g sugar. Allow the honey mixture to cool. Beat 100g margarine and 4 eggs until frothy. Add to the cooled honey mixture. Mix approx. 660g wheat flour with cinnamon and baking powder, and knead with a hand mixer. Then add the remaining flour. Roll out the dough evenly and cut out the shapes: two roof sides, two side pieces, a front and a back. Bake for approx. 15-20 minutes. Electric oven: 200*C Gas stove: level 3. Allow the house pieces to cool completely after baking. Icing for sticking the house together: Beat 1 egg white until stiff and gradually add (250g) icing sugar. Finally, stir in 1 tbsp lemon juice. Now assemble the house slowly and carefully. Allow the whole thing to dry for at least 30-60 minutes. The house can now be decorated with various candies. Icing for the candies: Beat 2-3 egg whites until stiff. Gradually add (500g) powdered sugar, stirring in 2 tablespoons of lemon juice at the end. TIP: If the icing hardens too quickly, you can soften it again with a little water. But not too much water, or it will become runny and unsticky.
