- 250 g flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 70 g sugar
- 110 g butter
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 pinch of salt
- 2 tsp water, cold
- 3 egg yolks
- 100 g sugar

- 1 packet of pudding powder (vanilla flavor)
- 500 g quark
- 200 g whipped cream
- 300 ml milk
- 1 can peach(s)
- 3 egg whites
- 50 g sugar

For the base, mix all ingredients together and pour into a springform pan, smoothing the surface. For the filling, drain the peaches, chop them finely (you can discard the juice), and spread them over the dough. Mix the remaining filling ingredients together and spread them over the peaches. Preheat the oven to 160°C (fan oven) and bake the cake for about 60 minutes. For the meringue topping, beat the egg whites with sugar until fluffy, spread over the baked cake, and bake for another 10 minutes. The cake should be served cold.
