Ingredients for 32 servings:
- 320 g butter
- 250 g sugar
- 300 g chocolate
- 6 egg yolks
- 200 g nuts, ground
- 150 g flour
- 6 egg whites
- 3 tbsp almonds (slivers)
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Melt butter, sugar, and chocolate in a saucepan. Stir in nuts, egg yolks, and flour. Let cool. Beat 6 egg whites until stiff peaks form and fold in. Spread onto a greased baking sheet and sprinkle with the almond flakes. Bake for 25 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit).
