Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g butter, very soft
  • 150 g marzipan paste
  • 60 g sugar, finest
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 225 g spelt flour, plain
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 2 tsp, finely ground cocoa powder
  • 3 tbsp milk
  • n. B. Chocolate coating, white

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Mix the softened butter with the diced marzipan. Add the sugar and beat until fluffy. Then stir in the egg yolk and vanilla sugar. Finally, mix in the sifted flour and cocoa powder. Since the dough will be quite stiff, add 3 tablespoons of milk to make it easier to pipe. Then fill the dough into a piping bag fitted with a large star nozzle and pipe tongues onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake the cookies at 160°C (convection oven) for about 10 minutes. Once cooled, decorate with white chocolate coating.
