Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 280 g flour
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp baking soda
- 100 g chocolate decoration (chocolate drops)
- 1 egg(s)
- 100 g sugar
- 125 g butter, liquid
- 300 ml buttermilk
- Fat for the muffin tray
- 1 pack of cake icing (cocoa)
- 50 g white chocolate coating
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
makes 18 muffins
Mix the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and chocolate chips. Crack the egg into a bowl and whisk lightly. Stir in the sugar, melted butter, and buttermilk. Add the flour mixture and mix everything into a smooth batter. Grease a muffin tin. Pour the batter evenly into the mixture. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20-25 minutes. Remove from the oven and let rest in the tin for about 5 minutes. Then remove from the oven. Let cool on a wire rack. Heat the glaze according to the package instructions and drizzle over the muffins. Shave the chocolate coating into shavings and spread over the cake.
