Moist cherry chocolate muffins

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g flour
  • 2 tsp, heaped baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 100 g butter, melted
  • 200 g cherry(s) from the jar
  • 300 g chocolate sprinkles
  • 12 paper baking cups or grease for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

for a muffin tray with 12 muffin cups

Preheat the oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat, fan oven: 160°C). Prepare the muffin tin. Combine the flour and baking powder and melt the butter. Combine the melted butter with the eggs, sour cream, sugar, and vanilla sugar. Quickly stir the flour and baking powder mixture into the already mixed ingredients. Then stir in the chocolate sprinkles and cherries. Fill the muffin cups with the batter and bake in the oven for about 20-25 minutes. Let cool and remove from the tins.
