Super fluffy chocolate muffins

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 eggs
  • 210 g sugar
  • 110 g flour
  • 5 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 160 ml milk
  • 150 g butter or margarine, melted, cooled
  • 100 g chocolate (chocolate drops)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Preheat the oven to 180°C fan/convection oven. Beat the eggs and sugar until frothy, then add the flour, baking powder, cocoa powder, vanilla sugar, and milk and mix. Now stir in the melted, cooled margarine. Finally, add the chocolate chips. Bake for approximately 20 minutes.
