Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 125 g flour
- 125 g semolina
- 125 g sugar
- 125 g oat flakes, fine
- ½ packet of vanilla sugar
- ½ pack of baking powder
- 1 tbsp milk
- 50 g butter
- 2 eggs
- 3 tbsp oat flakes, for rolling

relatively few calories for Christmas cookies, makes about 60 cookies
Knead the flour, semolina, sugar, oat flakes, vanilla sugar, baking powder, milk, butter, and eggs into a smooth dough. Form the dough into small balls and roll them in the oat flakes. Place the balls on a greased baking sheet. Bake in an electric oven at 175°C (gas mark 2) for 12 minutes.
