Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 150 g cream cheese
  • 7 chocolate kisses
  • 200 ml cream, whipped until stiff
  • 1 cake base
  • Fruits of your choice

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Remove the marshmallows from the waffle bases. Set the bases aside and mix the foam mixture with the quark. Then fold in the whipped cream. Top the cake base with fruit (e.g., bananas, pineapple, peaches, etc.) and spread the quark mixture on top, smoothing it down. Decorate with more fruit and the waffle bases.
