Cherry muffins with chocolate sprinkles

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 175 g margarine
  • 4 eggs
  • 75 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 225 g flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 4 tbsp chocolate sprinkles
  • 1 jar sour cherries

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

makes 12 muffins

Mix everything well, except for the cherries. Drain the cherries and fold them in. Fill into muffin cups (makes 12) and bake at 175 degrees Celsius for 25-30 minutes.
