Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 400 g salmon fillet(s)
  • Sea salt
  • pepper
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 4 tbsp sesame seeds, unhulled
  • 6 tbsp olive oil, for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

with salmon

Cut the salmon fillets into approximately 2 cm wide strips. Season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Dip the strips in egg, let them drain slightly, and then roll them in sesame seeds. Fry in hot olive oil. Serve with salad and potatoes.
