Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 can tuna in oil, drained
- 1 jar peas
- 2 eggs
- Spice(s) of your choice
- possibly grains or nuts
Instructions
Working time approx. 2 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 7 minutes
Brown the tuna in a pan without any fat. Add the peas and cook for about 5 minutes. Finally, reduce the heat and slowly mix in the eggs. Then season to taste and/or add seeds/nuts.
