Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 3 cans of tuna, drained
- 6 m.-sized potatoes, boiled and mashed
- 1 bunch coriander, fresh, chopped
- 1 small onion(s), finely chopped
- n. B. salt and pepper, black
- e.g. paprika powder
- possibly flour or egg to bind
- Fat for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 7 minutes; Total time approx. 37 minutes

Combine the first six ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Thicken with flour or egg, if desired. Form the mixture into balls with your hands and flatten. Fry in hot oil on both sides. Serve with salad.
