Tuna cakes

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 can tuna in its own juice
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 3 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 8 minutes; Total time approx. 11 minutes

Low carb suitable, makes 6 – 8 small meatballs

Drain the tuna and chop it into a bowl. Add the egg whites, flour, salt, and pepper and mix everything together. Form into patties and fry until golden brown on each side.
