Spaghetti with mushroom cognac sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250g spaghetti
  • 250 g mushrooms, brown, medium-sized
  • 1 onion(s), finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 shot of cognac
  • 200 ml cream
  • 50 ml milk
  • 150 g cream cheese with herbs
  • 1 dashes lemon(s)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Clean and slice the mushrooms. Sauté them in butter with the diced onion. Add the cognac, cream, and milk. Then add the cream cheese and stir until melted. Stir in a squeeze of lemon juice. Season to taste. Cook the spaghetti according to the instructions and then pour the sauce over the pasta.
