Quick ravioli and mushroom pan

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g ravioli from the refrigerated section, e.g. with mushroom filling
  • ½ onion(s)
  • 10 m.-sized mushrooms
  • salt and pepper
  • n. B. Herbs of your choice
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Finely dice the onion and fry it in a pan with a little oil. Meanwhile, slice the mushrooms and add them to the pan once they’re translucent. Add the ravioli as well. Increase the heat slightly to create a nice crust on the mushrooms and ravioli. Add a little more oil if needed. Turn frequently and season with salt, pepper, and herbs of your choice.
