Baked Maultaschen with mushrooms

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 packs of Maultasche(s), e.g. vegetables, 4 pieces per pack
  • 400 g mushrooms, e.g. B. Mushrooms
  • 50 g herb cream cheese
  • 200 ml milk
  • some oil
  • some salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 7 minutes; Total time approx. 12 minutes

quick, no pre-cooking required – vegetarian

Remove the Maultaschen from the package and cut each into 8 pieces. Then fry them in a pan with a little oil until the outside is nice and crispy. Clean and finely chop the mushrooms. Add them to the pan and fry. Add the cream cheese and mix. Then pour in the milk until a thick sauce forms. Finally, season with salt and pepper.
