Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250g spaghetti
- salt water
- 1 zucchini
- 1 cup crème fraîche
- e.g. olive oil
- salt and pepper

Cook the spaghetti in salted water according to the package instructions. Meanwhile, cut the zucchini into very thin strips (approx. 3 x 3 mm, 4 cm long; this works best with a food processor). Heat the olive oil in a large pan and add the zucchini strips. Fry until nice and soft. Then add the crème fraîche, stir, and season with salt and pepper. Drain the cooked spaghetti, then add it to the pan. Mix well with the sauce and serve.
