Better than Sex (just like the movie)
Cream the butter and sugar until fluffy. Gradually add the eggs. Mix the flour, cocoa, and baking powder and add alternately with the milk. The batter should fall off the spoon like a chewy lump. Line a baking sheet with baking paper, place a square baking dish around the outside, pour in the batter, and smooth it down. Bake at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for 30-45 minutes. Let the base cool, leaving the square baking dish on. Chop the pineapple, place it in a saucepan with the sugar, and bring to a boil. Peel the bananas, slice them, and place them on the tart base. Drain the apricots and place them on the tart base. Mix the glaze with a little water according to the instructions, add it to the pineapple, and quickly spread it over the fruit. Cook according to the package instructions until it is fairly thick. Thicken with starch if necessary. Pour immediately onto the fruit topping. Cover directly on top of the pudding with plastic wrap to prevent a skin from forming. Whip the cream with the cream stiffener until stiff and spread it over the completely cooled pudding. Chill, preferably overnight. Decorate as desired with nuts, chocolate shavings, or edible flowers.
