Burgy's meatballs in paprika sauce

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 600 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 3 tbsp breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • some salt and pepper
  • Cayenne pepper
  • Mustard seeds
  • marjoram
  • 2 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 3 bell peppers, red, green, yellow
  • 25 g tomato paste
  • small chili pepper(s)
  • 1 jar of lecho

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Combine a chopped onion, egg, breadcrumbs, mustard, ketchup, and seasoning with the minced meat. Form small balls and fry in a pan with a little oil until browned all over. Remove the balls and set aside. Chop an onion, garlic, and bell pepper and fry briefly in the pan. Add the tomato paste, a glass of lecho, and the chili pepper. Simmer everything for 5 minutes. Return the balls to the pan and let it simmer for another 10 minutes. Rice goes very well with this dish.
