Summer spaghetti

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 500 g spaghetti (spaghettini)
  • 5 packs of ready-made salad mix (pepper and herbs)
  • 15 tbsp water
  • 15 tbsp oil
  • 1 bunch of spring onions
  • 1 pack of herbs (8-herb mixture) frozen
  • 1 red chili pepper(s)
  • 3 garlic cloves

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 5 hours; Total time approx. 5 hours 15 minutes

Cook the spaghettini in plenty of salted water according to the package instructions. Mix the ready-made mix with the water and oil. Add the frozen herbs. Slice the spring onions and chili pepper into thin rings and add to the salad dressing. Crush the garlic cloves. Drain the spaghettini, let them drain briefly, and place them in a bowl. While still hot, pour the sauce over them, stir well, and let cool slightly. Then refrigerate for a few hours. Be sure to stir thoroughly again before serving. Perfect for barbecues!
