Oatmeal Apple Cookies

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g oat flakes
  • 220 g flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 100 g brown sugar
  • 100 g butter, soft
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 3 tbsp applesauce
  • 200 g apples, peeled, very finely diced
  • 80 g raisins

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Mix the oats with flour, baking powder, and salt. Cream the butter and sugar until fluffy. Mix in the egg, cinnamon, vanilla sugar, and milk. Then add the apple pieces, applesauce, and flour mixture and mix thoroughly. Finally, stir in the raisins. Place walnut-sized portions onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 15 minutes. Kids love these cookies! Tip: They taste good even without the raisins.
