- 150 g brown sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 125 g butter, soft
- 75 g applesauce
- 1 banana(s), ripe
- 150 g flour
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 150 g chocolate chips
- 100 g oat flakes
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 12 minutes; Total time approx. 27 minutes
Cookies and muffins in one, crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside
Preheat the oven to approximately 180°C (convection oven). Beat the egg, sugar, vanilla sugar, and butter with a hand mixer and whisk until creamy. Add the applesauce and stir in. Peel and mash the banana and mix it into the batter. Mix the flour, baking powder, and salt together and stir in. Finally, fold in the chocolate chips and oat flakes. Form equal-sized balls from the dough and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, leaving plenty of space between them. Flatten with a tablespoon and reshape. Bake for approximately 12 minutes.
