Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g oat flakes
  • 350 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • Cinnamon to taste
  • 125 g hazelnuts, ground
  • 100 g flour
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • 250 g butter, soft

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

makes about 50 cookies

Add everything one at a time to a bowl and knead into a dough. Then form the dough into small mounds and place them on a baking sheet. Bake at 200 degrees Celsius for 12-15 minutes.
