Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g flour
- ½ tsp baking soda
- 1 pinch of salt
- 60 g desiccated coconut
- 100 g oat flakes (grained)
- 115 g butter
- 150 g sugar
- 2 tbsp honey
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Preheat the oven to 180°C and line two baking sheets with parchment paper. Mix the flour, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl and set aside. Put the butter in a saucepan and melt it with the sugar and honey, stirring continuously. Then pour this into the flour mixture and mix with a wooden spoon until everything is well combined. Take 30g pieces of dough, press them together slightly, and shape them into rounds with the palm of your hand. Place the balls on the prepared baking sheet, leaving about 2 centimeters between them. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes; they should be golden brown. Remove from the oven, let cool briefly, and then cool completely on a wire rack. The dough yields about 30 cookies; these cookies are hard and crispy.
