Spread the love

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 500 g tagliatelle pasta
  • 250 ml Hollandaise sauce, homemade or ready-made product, approx.
  • 1 package of leaf spinach, frozen
  • some salt
  • some pepper
  • some nutmeg
  • 2 tbsp milk or cream
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

easy to prepare and very tasty

Thaw the spinach. Cook the pasta as usual. Drain and fry in a pan with a little oil. Add the spinach, heat through, and drizzle with the hollandaise sauce. Season well, and the meal is ready! It also depends on how much sauce you use. Some people might find it a bit too thick; you can thin it out with a little milk or cream. This might be necessary if you want to reheat the meal! This recipe was originally created as a way to use up leftovers at my mom’s. I LOVED this meal, and my mouth is already watering as I write this.
