Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 500 g pasta (macaroni)
- salt water
- 100 ml cream
- ½ pack of cream cheese spread
- ½ liter of milk
- 200 ml water
- ½ onion(s)
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp flour
- 1 ½ tube(s) tomato paste
- salt and pepper
- ½ vegetable stock cube
- some sugar

a vegetarian version of Raisin Kind’s macaroni in tomato cream sauce
Melt the butter in a large saucepan, dice the onions, and sauté until translucent. Then add the flour, stir, and pour in the milk and water (roux). Bring to a boil, add the tomato paste. Bring back to a boil, then add the cream cheese and let it melt. Finally, add the cream and reduce the heat to low. Season with salt, pepper, sugar, and vegetable stock cube. The sauce should have a sweet touch. Meanwhile, cook the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions.
