Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 onions
  • 3 small cans of tomatoes, peeled
  • 3 cans of tuna, marinated in oil
  • Processed cheese, 1 corner of it
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • Salt
  • Cayenne pepper
  • oregano

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Peel the onions and slice them into thin rings. Fry them in a pan until translucent. Add the tuna and the wedge of processed cheese. Chop the peeled tomatoes from the can and add them with their juice. Peel the garlic and press it in. Season with salt, cayenne pepper, and oregano. Simmer for about 10 minutes. Goes well with rice and pasta.
