Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 160 g butter
- 240 g oat flakes, wholegrain
- 6 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 100 g flour
- 2 tsp, leveled baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
Instructions

makes about 60 pieces
Toast the butter, oats, and 2 tablespoons of sugar in a non-stick pan, stirring constantly. Remove from the pan and let cool. Beat the remaining sugar, eggs, and a pinch of salt with a mixer for about 4 minutes until very fluffy. Mix the flour and baking powder with the oats and fold into the egg mixture. Use two teaspoons to drop small heaping spoons onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake the oat biscuits at 170°C (fan oven) for about 10 minutes, until golden brown.
