Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 pack of puff pastry, round, from the refrigerated section
- 1 gr. can/n fruit, e.g. pears, peaches, apricots
- 2 eggs
- 200 g whipped cream
- Sugar
- Cinnamon
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
the rescue when unexpected visitors arrive
Place the puff pastry in a tart tin and pierce with a fork. Place the fruit on top. Whisk together the cream and eggs, pour over the fruit, and sprinkle with sugar (and cinnamon). Bake at 150°C for about 40 minutes.
