- 20 g chocolate protein powder
- 5 g baking cocoa
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 50 ml milk, low-fat
- 80 g cherry jam, sugar-free
- 250 g Skyr
- n. B. Vanilla flavour powder
- 40 g dark chocolate

For the brownie, combine the egg, flour, protein powder, cocoa powder, baking powder, and milk. Bake in the microwave for 3 minutes at 750 watts. Meanwhile, mix the skyr with a little flavor powder. Let the brownie cool and carefully cut into 4 layers with a knife. Melt the chocolate in a water bath. Now it’s time to layer the brownie: First, place one layer in each of the two bowls, spread with a little skyr mixture, spread with the cherry jam, cover with another layer of skyr, and place another layer on top. Then, spread with melted chocolate and place in the freezer for about 10 minutes, until the chocolate is crisp and firm.
