Oatmeal-Nut-Chocolate Cookies

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 60 g butter
  • 200 g oat flakes, wholemeal
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 60 g hazelnuts, ground
  • 40 g hazelnuts or almonds, chopped
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 50 g chocolate sprinkles

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 12 minutes; Total time approx. 42 minutes

Melt the butter, add the oats, and stir. Beat the sugar, vanilla sugar, and salt with the egg until fluffy. Mix the flour with the baking powder and stir into the fluffy mixture. Stir in the nuts, chocolate sprinkles, and oats. Using two teaspoons, place small heaping pieces onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and bake the cookies for about 10 to 12 minutes, until golden brown.
