Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 160 g flour
- 1 pinch of salt
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 500 ml milk, low-fat
- 4 eggs
- 2 apples, red (e.g. Red Delicious)
- 4 tsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp sugar, flavored (apple cinnamon sugar, e.g. from Fuchs)
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Combine flour, salt, and sugar in a bowl. Mix with milk and let stand for about 15 minutes. Add the eggs and stir in. Wash the apples thoroughly and slice them into wedges. Heat oil in a pan, add 1/4 of the batter to the pan, top with apple slices, and cook for about 4 minutes until golden brown. Flip using a large plate and finish cooking on the other side. Serve the apple pancakes sprinkled with apple cinnamon sugar.
