Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 tbsp flour
- ¼ tsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp spread (chocolate spread)
- 3 tbsp milk
- 2 tbsp sunflower oil
- ½ egg(s), beaten
Instructions
Working time approx. 3 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 6 minutes
Combine all ingredients in a microwave-safe mug (approx. 250 ml capacity). Mix with a fork directly in the mug until a smooth batter forms. Microwave the cake at 600 watts for 2 to 3 minutes, remove, and let cool slightly.
