Pancakes with banana

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 300 ml milk
  • 5 tbsp flour (whole wheat)
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 bananas, ripe
  • ¼ pack of baking powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Combine the flour, baking powder, and sugar in the milk and mix well. Add the eggs and mix everything into a batter. Peel the bananas and cut them into small pieces – it’s best to quarter each slice. Add the banana pieces to the batter. Pour the batter into a hot pan in batches and cook as needed to make small pancakes.
